How We Rate Software
Every software profile on this platform is assigned a Quality Score between 0 and 100. This score determines visibility — tools with incomplete data stay in draft until they meet the minimum threshold. Here is exactly how it works.
Quality Score Breakdown

| Content completeness | 30 pts | A full profile includes name, logo, descriptions in all locales, pricing model, website URL, and a primary category. |
| Reviews | 25 pts | At least 3 published user reviews with verified ratings. Higher weight is given to tools with a review count above 10. |
| Integrations | 20 pts | The number of documented integrations, distinguishing native (built-in) connections from third-party bridge solutions. |
| Features | 15 pts | Number of tagged features from our standardized taxonomy. We cap the contribution at 10 features to avoid gaming. |
| Affiliate transparency | 10 pts | Whether a disclosed affiliate program exists. We list commission rates openly so readers can assess any commercial relationship. |

Visibility Thresholds
Included in sitemaps with highest crawl priority. Featured in category best-of lists.
Eligible to appear in featured slots on the homepage and category pages.
Visible to users and indexed. Complete enough for a useful profile.

Editorial Independence
Software vendors cannot pay to improve their Quality Score. Affiliate partnerships are disclosed on every page where a tracking link exists. Our editorial picks (Best-of lists) are determined solely by Quality Score and user review averages — not commercial relationships. If you believe a score is incorrect, contact us with evidence and we will re-evaluate.
Data Freshness
Quality Scores are recalculated automatically every night at 03:00 UTC. Individual software pages are statically generated and revalidated every 24 hours, or immediately when new data is ingested via our pipeline. Review pages revalidate every hour to reflect new user reviews quickly.
Corrections & Suggestions
If you notice incorrect information about a product, reach out. We prioritize data accuracy because our recommendations are only as good as the underlying data.
